نوح

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦٓ أَنۡ أَنذِرۡ قَوۡمَكَ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ

   ✦1

   Indeed, We sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Warn your people before there comes to them a painful punishment

   തീര്‍ച്ചയായും നൂഹിനെ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ ജനതയിലേക്ക് നാം അയച്ചു. നിന്‍റെ ജനതയ്ക്ക് വേദനയേറിയ ശിക്ഷ വരുന്നതിന്‍റെ മുമ്പ് അവര്‍ക്ക് താക്കീത് നല്‍കുക എന്ന് നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചു കൊണ്ട്‌

2. قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ إِنِّي لَكُمۡ نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٌ

   ✦2

   He said, "O my people, indeed I am to you a clear warner

   അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: എന്‍റെ ജനങ്ങളെ, തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കു വ്യക്തമായ താക്കീതുകാരനാകുന്നു

3. أَنِ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱتَّقُوهُ وَأَطِيعُونِ

   ✦3

   [Saying], 'Worship Allah, fear Him and obey me

   നിങ്ങള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവെ ആരാധിക്കുകയും അവനെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും എന്നെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുവിന്‍

4. يَغۡفِرۡ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمۡ وَيُؤَخِّرۡكُمۡ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمًّىۚ إِنَّ أَجَلَ ٱللَّهِ إِذَا جَآءَ لَا يُؤَخَّرُۚ لَوۡ كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ

   ✦4

   Allah will forgive you of your sins and delay you for a specified term. Indeed, the time [set by] Allah, when it comes, will not be delayed, if you only knew

   എങ്കില്‍ അവന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കു നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങളില്‍ ചിലത് പൊറുത്തുതരികയും, നിര്‍ണയിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഒരു അവധി വരെ നിങ്ങളെ നീട്ടിയിടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്‌. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ അവധി വന്നാല്‍ അത് നീട്ടി കൊടുക്കപ്പെടുകയില്ല. നിങ്ങള്‍ അറിഞ്ഞിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍

5. قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي دَعَوۡتُ قَوۡمِي لَيۡلٗا وَنَهَارٗا

   ✦5

   He said, "My Lord, indeed I invited my people [to truth] night and day

   അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: എന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, തീര്‍ച്ചയായും എന്‍റെ ജനതയെ രാവും പകലും ഞാന്‍ വിളിച്ചു

6. فَلَمۡ يَزِدۡهُمۡ دُعَآءِيٓ إِلَّا فِرَارٗا

   ✦6

   But my invitation increased them not except in flight

   എന്നിട്ട് എന്‍റെ വിളി അവരുടെ ഓടിപ്പോക്ക് വര്‍ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുക മാത്രമേ ചെയ്തുള്ളു

7. وَإِنِّي كُلَّمَا دَعَوۡتُهُمۡ لِتَغۡفِرَ لَهُمۡ جَعَلُوٓاْ أَصَٰبِعَهُمۡ فِيٓ ءَاذَانِهِمۡ وَٱسۡتَغۡشَوۡاْ ثِيَابَهُمۡ وَأَصَرُّواْ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ ٱسۡتِكۡبَارٗا

   ✦7

   And indeed, every time I invited them that You may forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, covered themselves with their garments, persisted, and were arrogant with [great] arrogance

   തീര്‍ച്ചയായും, നീ അവര്‍ക്ക് പൊറുത്തുകൊടുക്കുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടി ഞാന്‍ അവരെ വിളിച്ചപ്പോഴൊക്കെയും അവര്‍ അവരുടെ വിരലുകള്‍ കാതുകളില്‍ വെക്കുകയും, അവരുടെ വസ്ത്രങ്ങള്‍ മൂടിപ്പുതക്കുകയും, അവര്‍ ശഠിച്ചു നില്‍ക്കുകയും, കടുത്ത അഹങ്കാരം നടിക്കുകയുമാണ് ചെയ്തത്‌

8. ثُمَّ إِنِّي دَعَوۡتُهُمۡ جِهَارٗا

   ✦8

   Then I invited them publicly

   പിന്നീട് അവരെ ഞാന്‍ ഉറക്കെ വിളിച്ചു

9. ثُمَّ إِنِّيٓ أَعۡلَنتُ لَهُمۡ وَأَسۡرَرۡتُ لَهُمۡ إِسۡرَارٗا

   ✦9

   Then I announced to them and [also] confided to them secretly

   പിന്നീട് ഞാന്‍ അവരോട് പരസ്യമായും വളരെ രഹസ്യമായും പ്രബോധനം നടത്തി

10. فَقُلۡتُ ٱسۡتَغۡفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمۡ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ غَفَّارٗا

    ✦10

    And said, 'Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Indeed, He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver

    അങ്ങനെ ഞാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിനോട് പാപമോചനം തേടുക. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവന്‍ ഏറെ പൊറുക്കുന്നവനാകുന്നു

11. يُرۡسِلِ ٱلسَّمَآءَ عَلَيۡكُم مِّدۡرَارٗا

    ✦11

    He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in [continuing] showers

    അവന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മഴ സമൃദ്ധമായി അയച്ചുതരും

12. وَيُمۡدِدۡكُم بِأَمۡوَٰلٖ وَبَنِينَ وَيَجۡعَل لَّكُمۡ جَنَّـٰتٖ وَيَجۡعَل لَّكُمۡ أَنۡهَٰرٗا

    ✦12

    And give you increase in wealth and children and provide for you gardens and provide for you rivers

    സ്വത്തുക്കളും സന്താനങ്ങളും കൊണ്ട് നിങ്ങളെ അവന്‍ പോഷിപ്പിക്കുകയും, നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കവന്‍ തോട്ടങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കിത്തരികയും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കവന്‍ അരുവികള്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കിത്തരികയും ചെയ്യും

13. مَّا لَكُمۡ لَا تَرۡجُونَ لِلَّهِ وَقَارٗا

    ✦13

    What is [the matter] with you that you do not attribute to Allah [due] grandeur

    നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കെന്തു പറ്റി? അല്ലാഹുവിന് ഒരു ഗാംഭീര്യവും നിങ്ങള്‍ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നില്ല

14. وَقَدۡ خَلَقَكُمۡ أَطۡوَارًا

    ✦14

    While He has created you in stages

    നിങ്ങളെ അവന്‍ പല ഘട്ടങ്ങളിലായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണല്ലോ

15. أَلَمۡ تَرَوۡاْ كَيۡفَ خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ سَبۡعَ سَمَٰوَٰتٖ طِبَاقٗا

    ✦15

    Do you not consider how Allah has created seven heavens in layers

    നിങ്ങള്‍ കണ്ടില്ലേ; എങ്ങനെയാണ് അല്ലാഹു അടുക്കുകളായിട്ട് ഏഴ് ആകാശങ്ങള്‍ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന്‌

16. وَجَعَلَ ٱلۡقَمَرَ فِيهِنَّ نُورٗا وَجَعَلَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ سِرَاجٗا

    ✦16

    And made the moon therein a [reflected] light and made the sun a burning lamp

    ചന്ദ്രനെ അവിടെ ഒരു പ്രകാശമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.സൂര്യനെ ഒരു വിളക്കുമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു

17. وَٱللَّهُ أَنۢبَتَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ نَبَاتٗا

    ✦17

    And Allah has caused you to grow from the earth a [progressive] growth

    അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങളെ ഭൂമിയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഒരു മുളപ്പിക്കല്‍ മുളപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു

18. ثُمَّ يُعِيدُكُمۡ فِيهَا وَيُخۡرِجُكُمۡ إِخۡرَاجٗا

    ✦18

    Then He will return you into it and extract you [another] extraction

    പിന്നെ അതില്‍ തന്നെ നിങ്ങളെ അവന്‍ മടക്കുകയും നിങ്ങളെ ഒരിക്കല്‍ അവന്‍ പുറത്തു കൊണ്ട് വരികയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്‌

19. وَٱللَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِسَاطٗا

    ✦19

    And Allah has made for you the earth an expanse

    അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കു വേണ്ടി ഭൂമിയെ ഒരു വിരിപ്പാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു

20. لِّتَسۡلُكُواْ مِنۡهَا سُبُلٗا فِجَاجٗا

    ✦20

    That you may follow therein roads of passage

    അതിലെ വിസ്താരമുള്ള പാതകളില്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ പ്രവേശിക്കുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടി

21. قَالَ نُوحٞ رَّبِّ إِنَّهُمۡ عَصَوۡنِي وَٱتَّبَعُواْ مَن لَّمۡ يَزِدۡهُ مَالُهُۥ وَوَلَدُهُۥٓ إِلَّا خَسَارٗا

    ✦21

    Noah said, "My Lord, indeed they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children will not increase him except in loss

    നൂഹ് പറഞ്ഞു: എന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഇവര്‍ എന്നോട് അനുസരണക്കേട് കാണിക്കുകയും ഒരു വിഭാഗത്തെ പിന്തുടരുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു; അവര്‍ക്ക് (പിന്തുടരപ്പെട്ട നേതൃവിഭാഗത്തിന്‌) സ്വത്തും സന്താനവും മൂലം (ആത്മീയവും പാരത്രികവുമായ) നഷ്ടം കൂടുക മാത്രമാണുണ്ടായത്‌

22. وَمَكَرُواْ مَكۡرٗا كُبَّارٗا

    ✦22

    And they conspired an immense conspiracy

    (പുറമെ) അവര്‍ (നേതാക്കള്‍) വലിയ കുതന്ത്രം പ്രയോഗിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു

23. وَقَالُواْ لَا تَذَرُنَّ ءَالِهَتَكُمۡ وَلَا تَذَرُنَّ وَدّٗا وَلَا سُوَاعٗا وَلَا يَغُوثَ وَيَعُوقَ وَنَسۡرٗا

    ✦23

    And said, 'Never leave your gods and never leave Wadd or Suwa' or Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr

    അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു: (ജനങ്ങളേ,) നിങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവങ്ങളെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കരുത്‌. വദ്ദ്‌, സുവാഅ്‌, യഗൂഥ്‌, യഊഖ്‌, നസ്‌റ് എന്നിവരെ നിങ്ങള്‍ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കരുത്‌

24. وَقَدۡ أَضَلُّواْ كَثِيرٗاۖ وَلَا تَزِدِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ إِلَّا ضَلَٰلٗا

    ✦24

    And already they have misled many. And, [my Lord], do not increase the wrongdoers except in error

    അങ്ങനെ അവര്‍ വളരെയധികം ആളുകളെ വഴിപിഴപ്പിച്ചു. (രക്ഷിതാവേ,) ആ അക്രമകാരികള്‍ക്ക് വഴിപിഴവല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നും നീ വര്‍ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കരുതേ

25. مِّمَّا خَطِيٓـَٰٔتِهِمۡ أُغۡرِقُواْ فَأُدۡخِلُواْ نَارٗا فَلَمۡ يَجِدُواْ لَهُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَنصَارٗا

    ✦25

    Because of their sins they were drowned and put into the Fire, and they found not for themselves besides Allah [any] helpers

    അവരുടെ പാപങ്ങള്‍ നിമിത്തം അവര്‍ മുക്കി നശിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. എന്നിട്ടവര്‍ നരകാഗ്നിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. അപ്പോള്‍ തങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അല്ലാഹുവിനു പുറമെ സഹായികളാരെയും അവര്‍ കണ്ടെത്തിയില്ല

26. وَقَالَ نُوحٞ رَّبِّ لَا تَذَرۡ عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مِنَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ دَيَّارًا

    ✦26

    And Noah said, "My Lord, do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant

    നൂഹ് പറഞ്ഞു.: എന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, ഭൂമുഖത്ത് സത്യനിഷേധികളില്‍ പെട്ട ഒരു പൌരനെയും നീ വിട്ടേക്കരുതേ

27. إِنَّكَ إِن تَذَرۡهُمۡ يُضِلُّواْ عِبَادَكَ وَلَا يَلِدُوٓاْ إِلَّا فَاجِرٗا كَفَّارٗا

    ✦27

    Indeed, if You leave them, they will mislead Your servants and not beget except [every] wicked one and [confirmed] disbeliever

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും നീ അവരെ വിട്ടേക്കുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ നിന്‍റെ ദാസന്‍മാരെ അവര്‍ പിഴപ്പിച്ചു കളയും. ദുര്‍വൃത്തന്നും സത്യനിഷേധിക്കുമല്ലാതെ അവര്‍ ജന്‍മം നല്‍കുകയുമില്ല

28. رَّبِّ ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ وَلِمَن دَخَلَ بَيۡتِيَ مُؤۡمِنٗا وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِۖ وَلَا تَزِدِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ إِلَّا تَبَارَۢا

    ✦28

    My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house a believer and the believing men and believing women. And do not increase the wrongdoers except in destruction

    എന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, എന്‍റെ മാതാപിതാക്കള്‍ക്കും എന്‍റെ വീട്ടില്‍ വിശ്വാസിയായിക്കൊണ്ട് പ്രവേശിച്ചവന്നും സത്യവിശ്വാസികള്‍ക്കും സത്യവിശ്വാസിനികള്‍ക്കും സത്യവിശ്വാസിനികള്‍ക്കും നീ പൊറുത്തുതരേണമേ. അക്രമകാരികള്‍ക്ക് നാശമല്ലാതൊന്നും നീ വര്‍ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കരുതേ
