الذاريات

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. وَٱلذَّـٰرِيَٰتِ ذَرۡوٗا

   ✦1

   By those [winds] scattering [dust] dispersing

   ശക്തിയായി (പൊടി) വിതറിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നവ (കാറ്റുകള്‍) തന്നെയാണ, സത്യം

2. فَٱلۡحَٰمِلَٰتِ وِقۡرٗا

   ✦2

   And those [clouds] carrying a load [of water]

   (ജല) ഭാരം വഹിക്കുന്ന (മേഘങ്ങള്‍) തന്നെയാണ, സത്യം

3. فَٱلۡجَٰرِيَٰتِ يُسۡرٗا

   ✦3

   And those [ships] sailing with ease

   നിഷ്പ്രയാസം സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നവ (കപ്പലുകള്‍) തന്നെയാണ, സത്യം

4. فَٱلۡمُقَسِّمَٰتِ أَمۡرًا

   ✦4

   And those [angels] apportioning [each] matter

   കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ വിഭജിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നവര്‍ (മലക്കുകള്‍) തന്നെയാണ, സത്യം

5. إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَصَادِقٞ

   ✦5

   Indeed, what you are promised is true

   തീര്‍ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കു താക്കീത് നല്‍കപ്പെടുന്ന കാര്യം സത്യമായിട്ടുള്ളത് തന്നെയാകുന്നു

6. وَإِنَّ ٱلدِّينَ لَوَٰقِعٞ

   ✦6

   And indeed, the recompense is to occur

   തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ന്യായവിധി സംഭവിക്കുന്നതു തന്നെയാകുന്നു

7. وَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلۡحُبُكِ

   ✦7

   By the heaven containing pathways

   വിവിധ പഥങ്ങളുള്ള ആകാശം തന്നെയാണ,സത്യം

8. إِنَّكُمۡ لَفِي قَوۡلٖ مُّخۡتَلِفٖ

   ✦8

   Indeed, you are in differing speech

   തീര്‍ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങള്‍ വിഭിന്നമായ അഭിപ്രായത്തിലാകുന്നു

9. يُؤۡفَكُ عَنۡهُ مَنۡ أُفِكَ

   ✦9

   Deluded away from the Qur'an is he who is deluded

   (സത്യത്തില്‍ നിന്ന്‌) തെറ്റിക്കപ്പെട്ടവന്‍ അതില്‍ നിന്ന് (ഖുര്‍ആനില്‍ നിന്ന്‌) തെറ്റിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു

10. قُتِلَ ٱلۡخَرَّـٰصُونَ

    ✦10

    Destroyed are the falsifiers

    ഊഹാപോഹക്കാര്‍ ശപിക്കപ്പെടട്ടെ

11. ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ فِي غَمۡرَةٖ سَاهُونَ

    ✦11

    Who are within a flood [of confusion] and heedless

    വിവരക്കേടില്‍ മതിമറന്നു കഴിയുന്നവര്‍

12. يَسۡـَٔلُونَ أَيَّانَ يَوۡمُ ٱلدِّينِ

    ✦12

    They ask, "When is the Day of Recompense

    ന്യായവിധിയുടെ നാള്‍ എപ്പോഴായിരിക്കും എന്നവര്‍ ചോദിക്കുന്നു

13. يَوۡمَ هُمۡ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ يُفۡتَنُونَ

    ✦13

    [It is] the Day they will be tormented over the Fire

    നരകാഗ്നിയില്‍ അവര്‍ പരീക്ഷണത്തിന് വിധേയരാകുന്ന ദിവസമത്രെ അത്‌

14. ذُوقُواْ فِتۡنَتَكُمۡ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِۦ تَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ

    ✦14

    [And will be told], "Taste your torment. This is that for which you were impatient

    (അവരോട് പറയപ്പെടും:) നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കുള്ള പരീക്ഷണം നിങ്ങള്‍ അനുഭവിച്ച് കൊള്ളുവിന്‍. നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്തൊന്നിന് ധൃതികൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നുവോ അതത്രെ ഇത്‌

15. إِنَّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّـٰتٖ وَعُيُونٍ

    ✦15

    Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and springs

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നവര്‍ സ്വര്‍ഗത്തോപ്പുകളിലും അരുവികളിലുമായിരിക്കും

16. ءَاخِذِينَ مَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمۡ رَبُّهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَبۡلَ ذَٰلِكَ مُحۡسِنِينَ

    ✦16

    Accepting what their Lord has given them. Indeed, they were before that doers of good

    അവര്‍ക്ക് അവരുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് നല്‍കിയത് ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങിക്കൊണ്ട്‌. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവര്‍ അതിനു മുമ്പ് സദ്‌വൃത്തരായിരുന്നു

17. كَانُواْ قَلِيلٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّيۡلِ مَا يَهۡجَعُونَ

    ✦17

    They used to sleep but little of the night

    രാത്രിയില്‍ നിന്ന് അല്‍പഭാഗമേ അവര്‍ ഉറങ്ങാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂ

18. وَبِٱلۡأَسۡحَارِ هُمۡ يَسۡتَغۡفِرُونَ

    ✦18

    And in the hours before dawn they would ask forgiveness

    രാത്രിയുടെ അന്ത്യവേളകളില്‍ അവര്‍ പാപമോചനം തേടുന്നവരായിരുന്നു

19. وَفِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ حَقّٞ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ

    ✦19

    And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived

    അവരുടെ സ്വത്തുക്കളിലാകട്ടെ ചോദിക്കുന്നവന്നും (ഉപജീവനം) തടയപ്പെട്ടവന്നും ഒരു അവകാശമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും

20. وَفِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ءَايَٰتٞ لِّلۡمُوقِنِينَ

    ✦20

    And on the earth are signs for the certain [in faith]

    ദൃഢവിശ്വാസമുള്ളവര്‍ക്ക് ഭൂമിയില്‍ പല ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളുമുണ്ട്‌

21. وَفِيٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡۚ أَفَلَا تُبۡصِرُونَ

    ✦21

    And in yourselves. Then will you not see

    നിങ്ങളില്‍ തന്നെയും (പല ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളുണ്ട്‌.)എന്നിട്ട് നിങ്ങള്‍ കണ്ടറിയുന്നില്ലെ

22. وَفِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ رِزۡقُكُمۡ وَمَا تُوعَدُونَ

    ✦22

    And in the heaven is your provision and whatever you are promised

    ആകാശത്ത് നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കുള്ള ഉപജീവനവും, നിങ്ങളോട് വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളുമുണ്ട്‌

23. فَوَرَبِّ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِنَّهُۥ لَحَقّٞ مِّثۡلَ مَآ أَنَّكُمۡ تَنطِقُونَ

    ✦23

    Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is truth - just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking

    എന്നാല്‍ ആകാശത്തിന്‍റെയും ഭൂമിയുടെയും രക്ഷിതാവിനെ തന്നെയാണ, സത്യം! നിങ്ങള്‍ സംസാരിക്കുന്നു എന്നതു പോലെ തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഇത് സത്യമാകുന്നു

24. هَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ضَيۡفِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ ٱلۡمُكۡرَمِينَ

    ✦24

    Has there reached you the story of the honored guests of Abraham

    ഇബ്രാഹീമിന്‍റെ മാന്യരായ അതിഥികളെ പറ്റിയുള്ള വാര്‍ത്ത നിനക്ക് വന്നുകിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ

25. إِذۡ دَخَلُواْ عَلَيۡهِ فَقَالُواْ سَلَٰمٗاۖ قَالَ سَلَٰمٞ قَوۡمٞ مُّنكَرُونَ

    ✦25

    When they entered upon him and said, "[We greet you with] peace." He answered, "[And upon you] peace, [you are] a people unknown

    അവര്‍ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ അടുത്തു കടന്നു വന്നിട്ട് സലാം പറഞ്ഞ സമയത്ത് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: സലാം (നിങ്ങള്‍) അപരിചിതരായ ആളുകളാണല്ലോ

26. فَرَاغَ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهِۦ فَجَآءَ بِعِجۡلٖ سَمِينٖ

    ✦26

    Then he went to his family and came with a fat [roasted] calf

    അനന്തരം അദ്ദേഹം ധൃതിയില്‍ തന്‍റെ ഭാര്യയുടെ അടുത്തേക്ക് ചെന്നു. എന്നിട്ട് ഒരു തടിച്ച കാളക്കുട്ടിയെ (വേവിച്ചു) കൊണ്ടുവന്നു

27. فَقَرَّبَهُۥٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ قَالَ أَلَا تَأۡكُلُونَ

    ✦27

    And placed it near them; he said, "Will you not eat

    എന്നിട്ട് അത് അവരുടെ അടുത്തേക്ക് വെച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങള്‍ തിന്നുന്നില്ലേ

28. فَأَوۡجَسَ مِنۡهُمۡ خِيفَةٗۖ قَالُواْ لَا تَخَفۡۖ وَبَشَّرُوهُ بِغُلَٰمٍ عَلِيمٖ

    ✦28

    And he felt from them apprehension. They said, "Fear not," and gave him good tidings of a learned boy

    അപ്പോള്‍ അവരെപ്പറ്റി അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ മനസ്സില്‍ ഭയം കടന്നു കൂടി. അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു: താങ്കള്‍ ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ട. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ജ്ഞാനിയായ ഒരു ആണ്‍കുട്ടിയെ പറ്റി അവര്‍ സന്തോഷവാര്‍ത്ത അറിയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു

29. فَأَقۡبَلَتِ ٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ فِي صَرَّةٖ فَصَكَّتۡ وَجۡهَهَا وَقَالَتۡ عَجُوزٌ عَقِيمٞ

    ✦29

    And his wife approached with a cry [of alarm] and struck her face and said, "[I am] a barren old woman

    അപ്പോള്‍ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ ഭാര്യ ഉച്ചത്തില്‍ ഒരു ശബ്ദമുണ്ടാക്കിക്കൊണ്ട് മുന്നോട്ട് വന്നു. എന്നിട്ട് തന്‍റെ മുഖത്തടിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞു: വന്ധ്യയായ ഒരു കിഴവിയാണോ (പ്രസവിക്കാന്‍ പോകുന്നത്‌)

30. قَالُواْ كَذَٰلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ

    ✦30

    They said, "Thus has said your Lord; indeed, He is the Wise, the Knowing

    അവര്‍ (ദൂതന്‍മാര്‍) പറഞ്ഞു: അപ്രകാരം തന്നെയാകുന്നു നിന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നത്‌. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവന്‍ തന്നെയാകുന്നു യുക്തിമാനും ജ്ഞാനിയും ആയിട്ടുള്ളവന്‍

31. ۞قَالَ فَمَا خَطۡبُكُمۡ أَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُرۡسَلُونَ

    ✦31

    [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers

    അദ്ദേഹം ചോദിച്ചു: ഹേ; ദൂതന്‍മാരേ, അപ്പോള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ കാര്യമെന്താണ്‌

32. قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّآ أُرۡسِلۡنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوۡمٖ مُّجۡرِمِينَ

    ✦32

    They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals

    അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു: ഞങ്ങള്‍ കുറ്റവാളികളായ ഒരു ജനതയിലേക്ക് അയക്കപ്പെട്ടതാകുന്നു

33. لِنُرۡسِلَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حِجَارَةٗ مِّن طِينٖ

    ✦33

    To send down upon them stones of clay

    കളിമണ്ണുകൊണ്ടുള്ള കല്ലുകള്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ അവരുടെ നേരെ അയക്കുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടി

34. مُّسَوَّمَةً عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ

    ✦34

    Marked in the presence of your Lord for the transgressors

    അതിക്രമകാരികള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി തങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്‍റെ അടുക്കല്‍ അടയാളപ്പെടുത്തിയ (കല്ലുകള്‍)

35. فَأَخۡرَجۡنَا مَن كَانَ فِيهَا مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

    ✦35

    So We brought out whoever was in the cities of the believers

    അപ്പോള്‍ സത്യവിശ്വാസികളില്‍ പെട്ടവരായി അവിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നവരെ നാം പുറത്ത് കൊണ്ടു വന്നു.(രക്ഷപെടുത്തി)

36. فَمَا وَجَدۡنَا فِيهَا غَيۡرَ بَيۡتٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ

    ✦36

    And We found not within them other than a [single] house of Muslims

    എന്നാല്‍ മുസ്ലിംകളുടെതായ ഒരു വീടല്ലാതെ നാം അവിടെ കണ്ടെത്തിയില്ല

37. وَتَرَكۡنَا فِيهَآ ءَايَةٗ لِّلَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ ٱلۡعَذَابَ ٱلۡأَلِيمَ

    ✦37

    And We left therein a sign for those who fear the painful punishment

    വേദനയേറിയ ശിക്ഷ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തം നാം അവിടെ അവശേഷിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു

38. وَفِي مُوسَىٰٓ إِذۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ بِسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٖ

    ✦38

    And in Moses [was a sign], when We sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority

    മൂസായുടെ ചരിത്രത്തിലുമുണ്ട് (ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങള്‍) വ്യക്തമായ ആധികാരിക പ്രമാണവുമായി ഫിര്‍ഔന്‍റെ അടുത്തേക്ക് നാം അദ്ദേഹത്തെ നിയോഗിച്ച സന്ദര്‍ഭം

39. فَتَوَلَّىٰ بِرُكۡنِهِۦ وَقَالَ سَٰحِرٌ أَوۡ مَجۡنُونٞ

    ✦39

    But he turned away with his supporters and said," A magician or a madman

    അപ്പോള്‍ അവന്‍ തന്‍റെ ശക്തിയില്‍ അഹങ്കരിച്ച് പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞു കളയുകയാണ് ചെയ്തത്‌. (മൂസാ) ഒരു ജാലവിദ്യക്കാരനോ അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഭ്രാന്തനോ എന്ന് അവന്‍ പറയുകയും ചെയ്തു

40. فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُ وَجُنُودَهُۥ فَنَبَذۡنَٰهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡيَمِّ وَهُوَ مُلِيمٞ

    ✦40

    So We took him and his soldiers and cast them into the sea, and he was blameworthy

    അതിനാല്‍ അവനെയും അവന്‍റെ സൈന്യങ്ങളെയും നാം പിടികൂടുകയും, എന്നിട്ട് അവരെ കടലില്‍ എറിയുകയും ചെയ്തു. അവന്‍ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു ആക്ഷേപാര്‍ഹന്‍

41. وَفِي عَادٍ إِذۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلرِّيحَ ٱلۡعَقِيمَ

    ✦41

    And in 'Aad [was a sign], when We sent against them the barren wind

    ആദ് ജനതയിലും (ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമുണ്ട്‌) വന്ധ്യമായ കാറ്റ് നാം അവരുടെ നേരെ അയച്ച സന്ദര്‍ഭം

42. مَا تَذَرُ مِن شَيۡءٍ أَتَتۡ عَلَيۡهِ إِلَّا جَعَلَتۡهُ كَٱلرَّمِيمِ

    ✦42

    It left nothing of what it came upon but that it made it like disintegrated ruins

    ആ കാറ്റ് ഏതൊരു വസ്തുവിന്മേല്‍ ചെന്നെത്തിയോ, അതിനെ ദ്രവിച്ച തുരുമ്പു പോലെ ആക്കാതെ അത് വിടുമായിരുന്നില്ല

43. وَفِي ثَمُودَ إِذۡ قِيلَ لَهُمۡ تَمَتَّعُواْ حَتَّىٰ حِينٖ

    ✦43

    And in Thamud, when it was said to them, "Enjoy yourselves for a time

    ഥമൂദ് ജനതയിലും (ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമുണ്ട്‌.) ഒരു സമയം വരെ നിങ്ങള്‍ സുഖം അനുഭവിച്ച് കൊള്ളുക. എന്ന് അവരോട് പറയപ്പെട്ട സന്ദര്‍ഭം

44. فَعَتَوۡاْ عَنۡ أَمۡرِ رَبِّهِمۡ فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلصَّـٰعِقَةُ وَهُمۡ يَنظُرُونَ

    ✦44

    But they were insolent toward the command of their Lord, so the thunderbolt seized them while they were looking on

    എന്നിട്ട് അവര്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്‍റെ കല്‍പനക്കെതിരായി ധിക്കാരം കൈക്കൊണ്ടു. അതിനാല്‍ അവര്‍ നോക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ ആ ഘോരനാദം അവരെ പിടികൂടി

45. فَمَا ٱسۡتَطَٰعُواْ مِن قِيَامٖ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُنتَصِرِينَ

    ✦45

    And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves

    അപ്പോള്‍ അവര്‍ക്ക് എഴുന്നേറ്റു പോകാന്‍ കഴിവുണ്ടായില്ല. അവര്‍ രക്ഷാനടപടികളെടുക്കുന്നവരായതുമില്ല

46. وَقَوۡمَ نُوحٖ مِّن قَبۡلُۖ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَوۡمٗا فَٰسِقِينَ

    ✦46

    And [We destroyed] the people of Noah before; indeed, they were a people defiantly disobedient

    അതിനു മുമ്പ് നൂഹിന്‍റെ ജനതയെയും (നാം നശിപ്പിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി.) തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവര്‍ അധര്‍മ്മകാരികളായ ഒരു ജനതയായിരുന്നു

47. وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بَنَيۡنَٰهَا بِأَيۡيْدٖ وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ

    ✦47

    And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander

    ആകാശമാകട്ടെ നാം അതിനെ ശക്തി കൊണ്ട് നിര്‍മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും നാം വികസിപ്പിച്ചെടുക്കുന്നവനാകുന്നു

48. وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ فَرَشۡنَٰهَا فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡمَٰهِدُونَ

    ✦48

    And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer

    ഭൂമിയാകട്ടെ നാം അതിനെ ഒരു വിരിപ്പാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ അത് വിതാനിച്ചവന്‍ എത്ര നല്ലവന്‍

49. وَمِن كُلِّ شَيۡءٍ خَلَقۡنَا زَوۡجَيۡنِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ

    ✦49

    And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember

    എല്ലാ വസ്തുക്കളില്‍ നിന്നും ഈ രണ്ട് ഇണകളെ നാം സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. നിങ്ങള്‍ ആലോചിച്ച് മനസ്സിലാക്കുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടി

50. فَفِرُّوٓاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۖ إِنِّي لَكُم مِّنۡهُ نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٞ

    ✦50

    So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner

    അതിനാല്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കലേക്ക് ഓടിച്ചെല്ലുക. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അവന്‍റെ അടുക്കല്‍ നിന്നുള്ള വ്യക്തമായ താക്കീതുകാരനാകുന്നു

51. وَلَا تَجۡعَلُواْ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَۖ إِنِّي لَكُم مِّنۡهُ نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٞ

    ✦51

    And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner

    അല്ലാഹുവോടൊപ്പം മറ്റൊരു ദൈവത്തെയും നിങ്ങള്‍ സ്ഥാപിക്കാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അവന്‍റെ അടുക്കല്‍ നിന്നുള്ള വ്യക്തമായ താക്കീതുകാരനാകുന്നു

52. كَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَتَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا قَالُواْ سَاحِرٌ أَوۡ مَجۡنُونٌ

    ✦52

    Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman

    അപ്രകാരം തന്നെ ഇവരുടെ പൂര്‍വ്വികന്‍മാരുടെ അടുത്ത് ഏതൊരു റസൂല്‍ വന്നപ്പോഴും ജാലവിദ്യക്കാരനെന്നോ, ഭ്രാന്തനെന്നോ അവര്‍ പറയാതിരുന്നിട്ടില്ല

53. أَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِهِۦۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمٞ طَاغُونَ

    ✦53

    Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people

    അതിന് (അങ്ങനെ പറയണമെന്ന്‌) അവര്‍ അന്യോന്യം വസ്വിയ്യത്ത് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുകയാണോ? അല്ല, അവര്‍ അതിക്രമകാരികളായ ഒരു ജനതയാകുന്നു

54. فَتَوَلَّ عَنۡهُمۡ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِمَلُومٖ

    ✦54

    So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed

    ആകയാല്‍ നീ അവരില്‍ നിന്ന് തിരിഞ്ഞുകളയുക. നീ ആക്ഷേപാര്‍ഹനല്ല

55. وَذَكِّرۡ فَإِنَّ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ تَنفَعُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

    ✦55

    And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers

    നീ ഉല്‍ബോധിപ്പിക്കുക. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഉല്‍ബോധനം സത്യവിശ്വാസികള്‍ക്ക് പ്രയോജനം ചെയ്യും

56. وَمَا خَلَقۡتُ ٱلۡجِنَّ وَٱلۡإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعۡبُدُونِ

    ✦56

    And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me

    ജിന്നുകളെയും മനുഷ്യരെയും എന്നെ ആരാധിക്കുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയല്ലാതെ ഞാന്‍ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിട്ടില്ല

57. مَآ أُرِيدُ مِنۡهُم مِّن رِّزۡقٖ وَمَآ أُرِيدُ أَن يُطۡعِمُونِ

    ✦57

    I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me

    ഞാന്‍ അവരില്‍ നിന്ന് ഉപജീവനമൊന്നും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നില്ല. അവര്‍ എനിക്ക് ഭക്ഷണം നല്‍കണമെന്നും ഞാന്‍ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നില്ല

58. إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلرَّزَّاقُ ذُو ٱلۡقُوَّةِ ٱلۡمَتِينُ

    ✦58

    Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു തന്നെയാണ് ഉപജീവനം നല്‍കുന്നവനും ശക്തനും പ്രബലനും

59. فَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ ذَنُوبٗا مِّثۡلَ ذَنُوبِ أَصۡحَٰبِهِمۡ فَلَا يَسۡتَعۡجِلُونِ

    ✦59

    And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും (ഇന്ന്‌) അക്രമം ചെയ്യുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് (പൂര്‍വ്വികരായ) തങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടാളികള്‍ക്കു ലഭിച്ച വിഹിതം പോലെയുള്ള വിഹിതം തന്നെയുണ്ട്‌. അതിനാല്‍ എന്നോട് അവര്‍ ധൃതികൂട്ടാതിരിക്കട്ടെ

60. فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن يَوۡمِهِمُ ٱلَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ

    ✦60

    And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised

    അപ്പോള്‍ തങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് താക്കീത് നല്‍കപ്പെടുന്നതായ ആ ദിവസം നിമിത്തം സത്യനിഷേധികള്‍ക്കു
