بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
طسٓمٓ
1Ta, Seen, Meem
ത്വാ-സീന്-മീം
تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ٱلۡمُبِينِ
2These are the verses of the clear Book
സുവ്യക്തമായ ഗ്രന്ഥത്തിലെ വചനങ്ങളാണിവ
لَعَلَّكَ بَٰخِعٞ نَّفۡسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُواْ مُؤۡمِنِينَ
3Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers
അവര് വിശ്വാസികളാകാത്തതിന്റെ പേരില്നീ നിന്റെ ജീവന് നശിപ്പിച്ചേക്കാം
إِن نَّشَأۡ نُنَزِّلۡ عَلَيۡهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ ءَايَةٗ فَظَلَّتۡ أَعۡنَٰقُهُمۡ لَهَا خَٰضِعِينَ
4If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled
എന്നാല് നാം ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം അവരുടെ മേല് ആകാശത്ത് നിന്ന് നാം ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തം ഇറക്കികൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് അന്നേരം അവരുടെ പിരടികള് അതിന്ന് കീഴൊതുങ്ങുന്നതായിത്തീരുകയും ചെയ്യും
وَمَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن ذِكۡرٖ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ مُحۡدَثٍ إِلَّا كَانُواْ عَنۡهُ مُعۡرِضِينَ
5And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it
പരമകാരുണികന്റെ പക്കല് നിന്ന് ഏതൊരു പുതിയ ഉല്ബോധനം വന്നെത്തുമ്പോഴും അവര് അതില്നിന്ന് തിരിഞ്ഞുകളയുന്നവരാകാതിരുന്നിട്ടില്ല
فَقَدۡ كَذَّبُواْ فَسَيَأۡتِيهِمۡ أَنۢبَـٰٓؤُاْ مَا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
6For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule
അങ്ങനെ അവര് നിഷേധിച്ചു തള്ളിയിരിക്കയാണ് അതിനാല് അവര് ഏതൊന്നിനെ പരിഹസിക്കുന്നവരായിരിക്കുന്നുവോ അതിനെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള വൃത്താന്തങ്ങള് അവര്ക്ക് വന്നെത്തിക്കൊള്ളും
أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ إِلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ كَمۡ أَنۢبَتۡنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوۡجٖ كَرِيمٍ
7Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind
ഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് അവര് നോക്കിയില്ലേ? എല്ലാ മികച്ച സസ്യവര്ഗങ്ങളില്നിന്നും എത്രയാണ് നാം അതില് മുളപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
8Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers
തീര്ച്ചയായും അതില്ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമുണ്ട് എന്നാല് അവരില് അധികപേരും വിശ്വാസികളായില്ല
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
9And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful
തീര്ച്ചയായും നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തന്നെയാകുന്നു പ്രതാപിയും കരുണാനിധിയും
وَإِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئۡتِ ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
10And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people
നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് മൂസായെ വിളിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് ഇപ്രകാരം പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം (ശ്രദ്ധേയമത്രെ,) നീ ആ അക്രമികളായ ജനങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്തേക്ക് ചെല്ലുക
قَوۡمَ فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ أَلَا يَتَّقُونَ
11The people of Pharaoh. Will they not fear Allah
അതായത്, ഫിര്ഔന്റെ ജനതയുടെ അടുക്കലേക്ക് അവര് സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നില്ലേ? (എന്നു ചോദിക്കുക)
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُونِ
12He said, "My Lord, indeed I fear that they will deny me
അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, അവര് എന്നെ നിഷേധിച്ചു തള്ളുമെന്ന് തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു
وَيَضِيقُ صَدۡرِي وَلَا يَنطَلِقُ لِسَانِي فَأَرۡسِلۡ إِلَىٰ هَٰرُونَ
13And that my breast will tighten and my tongue will not be fluent, so send for Aaron
എന്റെ ഹൃദയം ഞെരുങ്ങിപ്പോകും എന്റെ നാവിന് ഒഴുക്കുണ്ടാവുകയില്ല അതിനാല് ഹാറൂന്ന് കൂടി നീ സന്ദേശം അയക്കേണമേ
وَلَهُمۡ عَلَيَّ ذَنۢبٞ فَأَخَافُ أَن يَقۡتُلُونِ
14And they have upon me a [claim due to] sin, so I fear that they will kill me
അവര്ക്ക് എന്റെ പേരില് ഒരു കുറ്റം ആരോപിക്കാനുമുണ്ട് അതിനാല് അവര് എന്നെ കൊന്നേക്കുമെന്ന് ഞാന് ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു
قَالَ كَلَّاۖ فَٱذۡهَبَا بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآۖ إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّسۡتَمِعُونَ
15[Allah] said, "No. Go both of you with Our signs; indeed, We are with you, listening
അല്ലാഹു പറഞ്ഞു: ഒരിക്കലുമില്ല, നമ്മുടെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളും കൊണ്ട് നിങ്ങള് ഇരുവരും പോയിക്കൊള്ളുക തീര്ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം നാം ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു കേള്ക്കുന്നുണ്ട്
فَأۡتِيَا فِرۡعَوۡنَ فَقُولَآ إِنَّا رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
16Go to Pharaoh and say, 'We are the messengers of the Lord of the worlds
എന്നിട്ട് നിങ്ങള് ഫിര്ഔന്റെ അടുക്കല്ചെന്ന് ഇപ്രകാരം പറയുക: തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള് ലോകരക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല്നിന്ന് നിയോഗിക്കപ്പെട്ട ദൂതന്മാരാകുന്നു
أَنۡ أَرۡسِلۡ مَعَنَا بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ
17[Commanded to say], "Send with us the Children of Israel
ഇസ്രായീല് സന്തതികളെ ഞങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം അയച്ചുതരണം എന്ന നിര്ദേശവുമായിട്ട്
قَالَ أَلَمۡ نُرَبِّكَ فِينَا وَلِيدٗا وَلَبِثۡتَ فِينَا مِنۡ عُمُرِكَ سِنِينَ
18[Pharaoh] said, "Did we not raise you among us as a child, and you remained among us for years of your life
അവന് (ഫിര്ഔന്) പറഞ്ഞു: കുട്ടിയായിരുന്നപ്പോള് ഞങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില് നിന്നെ ഞങ്ങള് വളര്ത്തിയില്ലേ? നിന്റെ ആയുസ്സില് കുറെ കൊല്ലങ്ങള് ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയില് നീ കഴിച്ചുകൂട്ടിയിട്ടുമുണ്ട്
وَفَعَلۡتَ فَعۡلَتَكَ ٱلَّتِي فَعَلۡتَ وَأَنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
19And [then] you did your deed which you did, and you were of the ungrateful
നീ ചെയ്ത നിന്റെ ആ(ദുഷ്) പ്രവൃത്തി നീ ചെയ്യുകയുമുണ്ടായി. നീ നന്ദികെട്ടവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില്തന്നെയാകുന്നു
قَالَ فَعَلۡتُهَآ إِذٗا وَأَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
20[Moses] said, "I did it, then, while I was of those astray
അദ്ദേഹം (മൂസാ) പറഞ്ഞു: ഞാന് അന്ന് അത് ചെയ്യുകയുണ്ടായി എന്നാല് ഞാന് പിഴവ് പറ്റിയവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലായിരുന്നു
فَفَرَرۡتُ مِنكُمۡ لَمَّا خِفۡتُكُمۡ فَوَهَبَ لِي رَبِّي حُكۡمٗا وَجَعَلَنِي مِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
21So I fled from you when I feared you. Then my Lord granted me wisdom and prophethood and appointed me [as one] of the messengers
അങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റി ഭയം തോന്നിയപ്പോള് ഞാന് നിങ്ങളില്നിന്ന് ഓടിപ്പോയി അനന്തരം എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് എനിക്ക് തത്വജ്ഞാനം നല്കുകയും, അവന് എന്നെ ദൂതന്മാരില് ഒരാളാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു
وَتِلۡكَ نِعۡمَةٞ تَمُنُّهَا عَلَيَّ أَنۡ عَبَّدتَّ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ
22And is this a favor of which you remind me - that you have enslaved the Children of Israel
എനിക്ക് നീ ചെയ്തു തന്നതായി നീ എടുത്തുപറയുന്ന ആ അനുഗ്രഹം ഇസ്രായീല്സന്തതികളെ നീ അടിമകളാക്കി വെച്ചതിനാല് ഉണ്ടായതത്രെ
قَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ وَمَا رَبُّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
23Said Pharaoh, "And what is the Lord of the worlds
ഫിര്ഔന് പറഞ്ഞു: എന്താണ് ഈ ലോകരക്ഷിതാവ് എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്
قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ
24[Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced
അദ്ദേഹം (മൂസാ) പറഞ്ഞു: ആകാശങ്ങളുടെയും ഭൂമിയുടെയും അവയ്ക്കിടയിലുള്ളതിന്റെയും രക്ഷിതാവാകുന്നു നിങ്ങള് ദൃഢ വിശ്വാസമുള്ളവരാണെങ്കില്
قَالَ لِمَنۡ حَوۡلَهُۥٓ أَلَا تَسۡتَمِعُونَ
25[Pharaoh] said to those around him, "Do you not hear
അവന് (ഫിര്ഔന്) തന്റെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ളവരോട് പറഞ്ഞു: എന്താ നിങ്ങള് ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു കേള്ക്കുന്നില്ലേ
قَالَ رَبُّكُمۡ وَرَبُّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
26[Moses] said, "Your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers
അദ്ദേഹം (മൂസാ) പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവും നിങ്ങളുടെ പൂര്വ്വ പിതാക്കളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവുമത്രെ (അവന്)
قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَكُمُ ٱلَّذِيٓ أُرۡسِلَ إِلَيۡكُمۡ لَمَجۡنُونٞ
27[Pharaoh] said, "Indeed, your 'messenger' who has been sent to you is mad
അവന് (ഫിര്ഔന്) പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്തേക്ക് നിയോഗിക്കപ്പെട്ട നിങ്ങളുടെ ഈ ദൂതനുണ്ടല്ലോ തീര്ച്ചയായും അവന് ഒരു ഭ്രാന്തന് തന്നെയാണ്
قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ
28[Moses] said, "Lord of the east and the west and that between them, if you were to reason
അദ്ദേഹം (മൂസാ) പറഞ്ഞു: ഉദയസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെയും അസ്തമയസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെയും അവയ്ക്കിടയിലുള്ളതിന്റെയും രക്ഷിതാവത്രെ (അവന്) നിങ്ങള് ചിന്തിച്ചു മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നവരാണെങ്കില്
قَالَ لَئِنِ ٱتَّخَذۡتَ إِلَٰهًا غَيۡرِي لَأَجۡعَلَنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمَسۡجُونِينَ
29[Pharaoh] said, "If you take a god other than me, I will surely place you among those imprisoned
അവന് (ഫിര്ഔന്) പറഞ്ഞു: ഞാനല്ലാത്ത വല്ല ദൈവത്തേയും നീ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയാണെങ്കില് തീര്ച്ചയായും നിന്നെ ഞാന് തടവുകാരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലാക്കുന്നതാണ്
قَالَ أَوَلَوۡ جِئۡتُكَ بِشَيۡءٖ مُّبِينٖ
30[Moses] said, "Even if I brought you proof manifest
അദ്ദേഹം (മൂസാ) പറഞ്ഞു: സ്പഷ്ടമായ എന്തെങ്കിലും തെളിവു ഞാന് നിനക്ക് കൊണ്ടു വന്നു കാണിച്ചാലും (നീ സമ്മതിക്കുകയില്ലേ)
قَالَ فَأۡتِ بِهِۦٓ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ
31[Pharaoh] said, "Then bring it, if you should be of the truthful
അവന് (ഫിര്ഔന്) പറഞ്ഞു: എന്നാല് നീ അത് കൊണ്ട് വരിക നീ സത്യവാന്മാരില്പെട്ടവനാണെങ്കില്
فَأَلۡقَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ ثُعۡبَانٞ مُّبِينٞ
32So [Moses] threw his staff, and suddenly it was a serpent manifest
അപ്പോള് അദ്ദേഹം (മൂസാ) തന്റെ വടി താഴെയിട്ടു അപ്പോഴതാ അത് പ്രത്യക്ഷമായ ഒരു സര്പ്പമായി മാറുന്നു
وَنَزَعَ يَدَهُۥ فَإِذَا هِيَ بَيۡضَآءُ لِلنَّـٰظِرِينَ
33And he drew out his hand; thereupon it was white for the observers
അദ്ദേഹം തന്റെ കൈ പുറത്തേക്കെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു അപ്പോഴതാ അത് കാണികള്ക്ക് വെള്ളനിറമാകുന്നു
قَالَ لِلۡمَلَإِ حَوۡلَهُۥٓ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَٰحِرٌ عَلِيمٞ
34[Pharaoh] said to the eminent ones around him, "Indeed, this is a learned magician
തന്റെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള പ്രമുഖന്മാരോട് അവന് (ഫിര്ഔന്) പറഞ്ഞു: തീര്ച്ചയായും ഇവന് വിവരമുള്ള ഒരു ജാലവിദ്യക്കാരന് തന്നെയാണ്
يُرِيدُ أَن يُخۡرِجَكُم مِّنۡ أَرۡضِكُم بِسِحۡرِهِۦ فَمَاذَا تَأۡمُرُونَ
35He wants to drive you out of your land by his magic, so what do you advise
തന്റെ ജാലവിദ്യകൊണ്ട് നിങ്ങളുടെ നാട്ടില്നിന്ന് നിങ്ങളെ പുറത്താക്കാന് അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് എന്ത് നിര്ദേശിക്കുന്നു
قَالُوٓاْ أَرۡجِهۡ وَأَخَاهُ وَٱبۡعَثۡ فِي ٱلۡمَدَآئِنِ حَٰشِرِينَ
36They said, "Postpone [the matter of] him and his brother and send among the cities gatherers
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: അവന്നും അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്നും താങ്കള് സാവകാശം നല്കുക ആളുകളെ വിളിച്ചുകൂട്ടാന് നഗരങ്ങളിലേക്ക് താങ്കള് ദൂതന്മാരെ നിയോഗിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക
يَأۡتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَحَّارٍ عَلِيمٖ
37Who will bring you every learned, skilled magician
എല്ലാ വിവരമുള്ള ജാലവിദ്യക്കാരെയും അവര് താങ്കളുടെ അടുത്ത് കൊണ്ടു വരട്ടെ
فَجُمِعَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ لِمِيقَٰتِ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
38So the magicians were assembled for the appointment of a well-known day
അങ്ങനെ അറിയപ്പെട്ട ഒരു ദിവസം നിശ്ചിതമായ ഒരു സമയത്ത് ജാലവിദ്യക്കാര് ഒരുമിച്ചുകൂട്ടപ്പെട്ടു
وَقِيلَ لِلنَّاسِ هَلۡ أَنتُم مُّجۡتَمِعُونَ
39And it was said to the people, "Will you congregate
ജനങ്ങളോട് ചോദിക്കപ്പെട്ടു: നിങ്ങള് സമ്മേളിക്കുന്നുണ്ടല്ലോ
لَعَلَّنَا نَتَّبِعُ ٱلسَّحَرَةَ إِن كَانُواْ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبِينَ
40That we might follow the magicians if they are the predominant
ജാലവിദ്യക്കാരാണ് വിജയികളാകുന്നതെങ്കില് നമുക്കവരെ പിന്തുടരാമല്ലോ
فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ قَالُواْ لِفِرۡعَوۡنَ أَئِنَّ لَنَا لَأَجۡرًا إِن كُنَّا نَحۡنُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبِينَ
41And when the magicians arrived, they said to Pharaoh, "Is there indeed for us a reward if we are the predominant
അങ്ങനെ ജാലവിദ്യക്കാര് വന്നെത്തിയപ്പോള് ഫിര്ഔനോട് അവര് ചോദിച്ചു: ഞങ്ങളാണ് വിജയികളാകുന്നതെങ്കില് തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് പ്രതിഫലമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുമോ
قَالَ نَعَمۡ وَإِنَّكُمۡ إِذٗا لَّمِنَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبِينَ
42He said, "Yes, and indeed, you will then be of those near [to me]
അവന് (ഫിര്ഔന്) പറഞ്ഞു: അതെ, തീര്ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങള് സാമീപ്യം നല്കപ്പെടുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലായിരിക്കും
قَالَ لَهُم مُّوسَىٰٓ أَلۡقُواْ مَآ أَنتُم مُّلۡقُونَ
43Moses said to them, "Throw whatever you will throw
മൂസാ അവരോട് പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഇടാനുള്ളതെല്ലാം നിങ്ങള് ഇട്ടുകൊള്ളുക
فَأَلۡقَوۡاْ حِبَالَهُمۡ وَعِصِيَّهُمۡ وَقَالُواْ بِعِزَّةِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبُونَ
44So they threw their ropes and their staffs and said, "By the might of Pharaoh, indeed it is we who are predominant
അപ്പോള് തങ്ങളുടെ കയറുകളും വടികളും അവര് ഇട്ടു അവര് പറയുകയും ചെയ്തു: ഫിര്ഔന്റെ പ്രതാപം തന്നെയാണ സത്യം! തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള് തന്നെയായിരിക്കും വിജയികള്
فَأَلۡقَىٰ مُوسَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَلۡقَفُ مَا يَأۡفِكُونَ
45Then Moses threw his staff, and at once it devoured what they falsified
അനന്തരം മൂസാ തന്റെ വടി താഴെയിട്ടു അപ്പോഴതാ അത് അവര് വ്യാജമായി നിര്മിച്ചിരുന്നതിനെയെല്ലാം വിഴുങ്ങിക്കളയുന്നു
فَأُلۡقِيَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ سَٰجِدِينَ
46So the magicians fell down in prostration [to Allah]
അപ്പോള് ജാലവിദ്യക്കാര് സാഷ്ടാംഗത്തിലായി വീണു
قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
47They said, "We have believed in the Lord of the worlds
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: ലോകരക്ഷിതാവില് ഞങ്ങള് വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു
رَبِّ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ
48The Lord of Moses and Aaron
അതായത് മൂസായുടെയും ഹാറൂന്റെയും രക്ഷിതാവില്
قَالَ ءَامَنتُمۡ لَهُۥ قَبۡلَ أَنۡ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمۡۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ ٱلَّذِي عَلَّمَكُمُ ٱلسِّحۡرَ فَلَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَۚ لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيۡدِيَكُمۡ وَأَرۡجُلَكُم مِّنۡ خِلَٰفٖ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ
49[Pharaoh] said, "You believed Moses before I gave you permission. Indeed, he is your leader who has taught you magic, but you are going to know. I will surely cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you all
അവന് (ഫിര്ഔന്) പറഞ്ഞു: ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അനുവാദം തരുന്നതിന് മുമ്പായി നിങ്ങള് അവനില് വിശ്വസിച്ചുവെന്നോ? തീര്ച്ചയായും ഇവന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ജാലവിദ്യ പഠിപ്പിച്ച നിങ്ങളുടെ തലവന് തന്നെയാണ് വഴിയെ നിങ്ങള് അറിഞ്ഞു കൊള്ളും തീര്ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങളുടെ കൈകളും, നിങ്ങളുടെ കാലുകളും എതിര് വശങ്ങളില്നിന്നായിക്കൊണ്ട് ഞാന് മുറിച്ചു കളയുകയും, നിങ്ങളെ മുഴുവന് ഞാന് ക്രൂശിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്
قَالُواْ لَا ضَيۡرَۖ إِنَّآ إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا مُنقَلِبُونَ
50They said, "No harm. Indeed, to our Lord we will return
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: കുഴപ്പമില്ല തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള് ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കലേക്ക് മടങ്ങിപ്പോകുന്നവരാകുന്നു
إِنَّا نَطۡمَعُ أَن يَغۡفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا خَطَٰيَٰنَآ أَن كُنَّآ أَوَّلَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
51Indeed, we aspire that our Lord will forgive us our sins because we were the first of the believers
ഞങ്ങള് ആദ്യമായി വിശ്വസിച്ചവരായതിനാല് ഞങ്ങളുടെ തെറ്റുകള് ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് പൊറുത്തുതരുമെന്ന് ഞങ്ങള് ആശിക്കുന്നു
۞وَأَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنۡ أَسۡرِ بِعِبَادِيٓ إِنَّكُم مُّتَّبَعُونَ
52And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued
മൂസായ്ക്ക് നാം ബോധനം നല്കി: എന്റെ ദാസന്മാരെയും കൊണ്ട് രാത്രിയില് നീ പുറപ്പെട്ടുകൊള്ളുക തീര്ച്ചയായും (ശത്രുക്കള്) നിങ്ങളെ പിന്തുടരാന് പോകുകയാണ്
فَأَرۡسَلَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ فِي ٱلۡمَدَآئِنِ حَٰشِرِينَ
53Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers
അപ്പോള് ഫിര്ഔന് ആളുകളെ വിളിച്ചുകൂട്ടാന് പട്ടണങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ദൂതന്മാരെ അയച്ചു
إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَشِرۡذِمَةٞ قَلِيلُونَ
54[And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band
തീര്ച്ചയായും ഇവര് കുറച്ച് പേര് മാത്രമുള്ള ഒരു സംഘമാകുന്നു
وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَنَا لَغَآئِظُونَ
55And indeed, they are enraging us
തീര്ച്ചയായും അവര് നമ്മെ അരിശം കൊള്ളിക്കുന്നവരാകുന്നു
وَإِنَّا لَجَمِيعٌ حَٰذِرُونَ
56And indeed, we are a cautious society
തീര്ച്ചയായും നാം സംഘടിതരും ജാഗരൂകരുമാകുന്നു (എന്നിങ്ങനെ വിളിച്ചുപറയാനാണ് ഫിര്ഔന് നിര്ദേശിച്ചത്)
فَأَخۡرَجۡنَٰهُم مِّن جَنَّـٰتٖ وَعُيُونٖ
57So We removed them from gardens and springs
അങ്ങനെ തോട്ടങ്ങളില്നിന്നും നീരുറവകളില്നിന്നും നാം അവരെ പുറത്തിറക്കി
وَكُنُوزٖ وَمَقَامٖ كَرِيمٖ
58And treasures and honorable station
ഭണ്ഡാരങ്ങളില്നിന്നും മാന്യമായ വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളില്നിന്നും
كَذَٰلِكَۖ وَأَوۡرَثۡنَٰهَا بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ
59Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel
അപ്രകാരമത്രെ (നമ്മുടെ നടപടി) അതൊക്കെ ഇസ്രായീല് സന്തതികള്ക്ക് നാം അവകാശപ്പെടുത്തികൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു
فَأَتۡبَعُوهُم مُّشۡرِقِينَ
60So they pursued them at sunrise
എന്നിട്ട് അവര് (ഫിര്ഔനും സംഘവും) ഉദയവേളയില് അവരുടെ (ഇസ്രായീല്യരുടെ) പിന്നാലെ ചെന്നു
فَلَمَّا تَرَـٰٓءَا ٱلۡجَمۡعَانِ قَالَ أَصۡحَٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَمُدۡرَكُونَ
61And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken
അങ്ങനെ രണ്ട് സംഘവും പരസ്പരം കണ്ടപ്പോള് മൂസായുടെ അനുചരന്മാര് പറഞ്ഞു: തീര്ച്ചയായും നാം പിടിയിലകപ്പെടാന് പോകുകയാണ്
قَالَ كَلَّآۖ إِنَّ مَعِيَ رَبِّي سَيَهۡدِينِ
62[Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me
അദ്ദേഹം (മൂസാ) പറഞ്ഞു: ഒരിക്കലുമില്ല, തീര്ച്ചയായും എന്നോടൊപ്പം എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവുണ്ട് അവന് എനിക്ക് വഴി കാണിച്ചുതരും
فَأَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱضۡرِب بِّعَصَاكَ ٱلۡبَحۡرَۖ فَٱنفَلَقَ فَكَانَ كُلُّ فِرۡقٖ كَٱلطَّوۡدِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
63Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain
അപ്പോള് നാം മൂസായ്ക്ക് ബോധനം നല്കി; നീ നിന്റെ വടികൊണ്ട് കടലില് അടിക്കൂ എന്ന് അങ്ങനെ അത് (കടല് ) പിളരുകയും എന്നിട്ട് (വെള്ളത്തിന്റെ) ഓരോ പൊളിയും വലിയ പര്വ്വതം പോലെ ആയിത്തീരുകയും ചെയ്തു
وَأَزۡلَفۡنَا ثَمَّ ٱلۡأٓخَرِينَ
64And We advanced thereto the pursuers
മറ്റവരെ (ഫിര്ഔന്റെ പക്ഷം) യും നാം അതിന്റെ അടുത്തെത്തിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി
وَأَنجَيۡنَا مُوسَىٰ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥٓ أَجۡمَعِينَ
65And We saved Moses and those with him, all together
മൂസായെയും അദ്ദേഹത്തോടൊപ്പമുള്ളവരെയും മുഴുവന് നാം രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തി
ثُمَّ أَغۡرَقۡنَا ٱلۡأٓخَرِينَ
66Then We drowned the others
പിന്നെ മറ്റവരെ നാം മുക്കി നശിപ്പിച്ചു
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
67Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers
തീര്ച്ചയായും അതില് (സത്യനിഷേധികള്ക്ക്) ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമുണ്ട് എന്നാല് അവരില് അധികപേരും വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരായില്ല
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
68And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful
തീര്ച്ചയായും നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തന്നെയാണ് പ്രതാപിയും കരുണാനിധിയും
وَٱتۡلُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ نَبَأَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ
69And recite to them the news of Abraham
ഇബ്രാഹീമിന്റെ വൃത്താന്തവും അവര്ക്ക് നീ വായിച്ചുകേള്പിക്കുക
إِذۡ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦ مَا تَعۡبُدُونَ
70When he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship
അതായത് നിങ്ങള് എന്തൊന്നിനെയാണ് ആരാധിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് തന്റെ പിതാവിനോടും, തന്റെ ജനങ്ങളോടും അദ്ദേഹം ചോദിച്ച സന്ദര്ഭം
قَالُواْ نَعۡبُدُ أَصۡنَامٗا فَنَظَلُّ لَهَا عَٰكِفِينَ
71They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: ഞങ്ങള് ചില വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ ആരാധിക്കുകയും അവയുടെ മുമ്പില് ഭജനമിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു
قَالَ هَلۡ يَسۡمَعُونَكُمۡ إِذۡ تَدۡعُونَ
72He said, "Do they hear you when you supplicate
അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങള് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുമ്പോള് അവരത് കേള്ക്കുമോ
أَوۡ يَنفَعُونَكُمۡ أَوۡ يَضُرُّونَ
73Or do they benefit you, or do they harm
അഥവാ, അവര് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഉപകാരമോ ഉപദ്രവമോ ചെയ്യുമോ
قَالُواْ بَلۡ وَجَدۡنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا كَذَٰلِكَ يَفۡعَلُونَ
74They said, "But we found our fathers doing thus
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: അല്ല, ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കള് അപ്രകാരം ചെയ്യുന്നതായി ഞങ്ങള് കണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു (എന്ന് മാത്രം)
قَالَ أَفَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡبُدُونَ
75He said, "Then do you see what you have been worshipping
അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: അപ്പോള് നിങ്ങള് ആരാധിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്തിനെയാണെന്ന് നിങ്ങള് ചിന്തിച്ചു നോക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ
أَنتُمۡ وَءَابَآؤُكُمُ ٱلۡأَقۡدَمُونَ
76You and your ancient forefathers
നിങ്ങളും നിങ്ങളുടെ പൂര്വ്വപിതാക്കളും
فَإِنَّهُمۡ عَدُوّٞ لِّيٓ إِلَّا رَبَّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
77Indeed, they are enemies to me, except the Lord of the worlds
എന്നാല് അവര് (ദൈവങ്ങള്) എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളാകുന്നു ലോകരക്ഷിതാവ് ഒഴികെ
ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَنِي فَهُوَ يَهۡدِينِ
78Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me
അതായത് എന്നെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച് എനിക്ക് മാര്ഗദര്ശനം നല്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നവന്
وَٱلَّذِي هُوَ يُطۡعِمُنِي وَيَسۡقِينِ
79And it is He who feeds me and gives me drink
എനിക്ക് ആഹാരം തരികയും കുടിനീര് തരികയും ചെയ്യുന്നവന്
وَإِذَا مَرِضۡتُ فَهُوَ يَشۡفِينِ
80And when I am ill, it is He who cures me
എനിക്ക് രോഗം ബാധിച്ചാല് അവനാണ് എന്നെ സുഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്
وَٱلَّذِي يُمِيتُنِي ثُمَّ يُحۡيِينِ
81And who will cause me to die and then bring me to life
എന്നെ മരിപ്പിക്കുകയും പിന്നീട് ജീവിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവന്
وَٱلَّذِيٓ أَطۡمَعُ أَن يَغۡفِرَ لِي خَطِيٓـَٔتِي يَوۡمَ ٱلدِّينِ
82And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense
പ്രതിഫലത്തിന്റെ നാളില് ഏതൊരുവന് എന്റെ തെറ്റ് പൊറുത്തുതരുമെന്ന് ഞാന് ആശിക്കുന്നുവോ അവന്
رَبِّ هَبۡ لِي حُكۡمٗا وَأَلۡحِقۡنِي بِٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَ
83[And he said], "My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous
എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, എനിക്ക് നീ തത്വജ്ഞാനം നല്കുകയും എന്നെ നീ സജ്ജനങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം ചേര്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യേണമേ
وَٱجۡعَل لِّي لِسَانَ صِدۡقٖ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
84And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations
പില്ക്കാലക്കാര്ക്കിടയില് എനിക്ക് നീ സല്കീര്ത്തി ഉണ്ടാക്കേണമേ
وَٱجۡعَلۡنِي مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
85And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure
എന്നെ നീ സുഖസമ്പൂര്ണ്ണമായ സ്വര്ഗത്തിന്റെ അവകാശികളില് പെട്ടവനാക്കേണമേ
وَٱغۡفِرۡ لِأَبِيٓ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
86And forgive my father. Indeed, he has been of those astray
എന്റെ പിതാവിന് നീ പൊറുത്തുകൊടുക്കേണമേ തീര്ച്ചയായും അദ്ദേഹം വഴിപിഴച്ചവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലായിരിക്കുന്നു
وَلَا تُخۡزِنِي يَوۡمَ يُبۡعَثُونَ
87And do not disgrace me on the Day they are [all] resurrected
അവര് (മനുഷ്യര്) ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേല്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ദിവസം എന്നെ നീ അപമാനത്തിലാക്കരുതേ
يَوۡمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٞ وَلَا بَنُونَ
88The Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children
അതായത് സ്വത്തോ സന്താനങ്ങളോ പ്രയോജനപ്പെടാത്ത ദിവസം
إِلَّا مَنۡ أَتَى ٱللَّهَ بِقَلۡبٖ سَلِيمٖ
89But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart
കുറ്റമറ്റ ഹൃദയവുമായി അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കല് ചെന്നവര്ക്കൊഴികെ
وَأُزۡلِفَتِ ٱلۡجَنَّةُ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ
90And Paradise will be brought near [that Day] to the righteous
(അന്ന്) സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് സ്വര്ഗം അടുപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്
وَبُرِّزَتِ ٱلۡجَحِيمُ لِلۡغَاوِينَ
91And Hellfire will be brought forth for the deviators
ദുര്മാര്ഗികള്ക്ക് നരകം തുറന്നു കാണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതുമാണ്
وَقِيلَ لَهُمۡ أَيۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡبُدُونَ
92And it will be said to them, "Where are those you used to worship
അവരോട് ചോദിക്കപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യും: നിങ്ങള് ആരാധിച്ചിരുന്നതെല്ലാം എവിടെപ്പോയി
مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ هَلۡ يَنصُرُونَكُمۡ أَوۡ يَنتَصِرُونَ
93Other than Allah? Can they help you or help themselves
അല്ലാഹുവിനു പുറമെ അവര് നിങ്ങളെ സഹായിക്കുകയോ, സ്വയം സഹായം നേടുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ടോ
فَكُبۡكِبُواْ فِيهَا هُمۡ وَٱلۡغَاوُۥنَ
94So they will be overturned into Hellfire, they and the deviators
തുര്ന്ന് അവരും (ആരാധ്യന്മാര്) ആ ദുര്മാര്ഗികളും അതില് (നരകത്തില് ) മുഖം കുത്തി വീഴ്ത്തപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്
وَجُنُودُ إِبۡلِيسَ أَجۡمَعُونَ
95And the soldiers of Iblees, all together
ഇബ്ലീസിന്റെ മുഴുവന് സൈന്യങ്ങളും
قَالُواْ وَهُمۡ فِيهَا يَخۡتَصِمُونَ
96They will say while they dispute therein
അവിടെ വെച്ച് അന്യോന്യം വഴക്ക് കൂടിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ അവര് പറയും
تَٱللَّهِ إِن كُنَّا لَفِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٍ
97By Allah, we were indeed in manifest error
അല്ലാഹുവാണ സത്യം! ഞങ്ങള് വ്യക്തമായ വഴികേടില് തന്നെയായിരുന്നു
إِذۡ نُسَوِّيكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
98When we equated you with the Lord of the worlds
നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഞങ്ങള് ലോകരക്ഷിതാവിനോട് തുല്യത കല്പിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത്
وَمَآ أَضَلَّنَآ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ
99And no one misguided us except the criminals
ഞങ്ങളെ വഴിപിഴപ്പിച്ചത് ആ കുറ്റവാളികളല്ലാതെ മറ്റാരുമല്ല
فَمَا لَنَا مِن شَٰفِعِينَ
100So now we have no intercessors
ഇപ്പോള് ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് ശുപാര്ശക്കാരായി ആരുമില്ല
وَلَا صَدِيقٍ حَمِيمٖ
101And not a devoted friend
ഉറ്റ സുഹൃത്തുമില്ല
فَلَوۡ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةٗ فَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
102Then if we only had a return [to the world] and could be of the believers
അതിനാല് ഞങ്ങള്ക്കൊന്നു മടങ്ങിപ്പോകാന് കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നെങ്കില് എങ്കില് ഞങ്ങള് സത്യവിശ്വാസികളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലാകുമായിരുന്നു
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
103Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers
തീര്ച്ചയായും അതില് (മനുഷ്യര്ക്ക്) ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമുണ്ട് എന്നാല് അവരില് അധികപേരും വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരായില്ല
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
104And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful
തീര്ച്ചയായും നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തന്നെയാകുന്നു പ്രതാപിയും കരുണാനിധിയും
كَذَّبَتۡ قَوۡمُ نُوحٍ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
105The people of Noah denied the messengers
നൂഹിന്റെ ജനത ദൈവദൂതന്മാരെ നിഷേധിച്ചു തള്ളി
إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ نُوحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
106When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah
അവരുടെ സഹോദരന് നൂഹ് അവരോട് ഇപ്രകാരം പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം: നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നില്ലേ
إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
107Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger
തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിശ്വസ്തനായ ഒരു ദൂതനാകുന്നു
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
108So fear Allah and obey me
അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും, എന്നെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുവിന്
وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
109And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds
ഇതിന്റെ പേരില് യാതൊരു പ്രതിഫലവും ഞാന് നിങ്ങളോട് ചോദിക്കുന്നില്ല എനിക്കുള്ള പ്രതിഫലം ലോകരക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് മാത്രമാകുന്നു
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
110So fear Allah and obey me
അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും, എന്നെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക
۞قَالُوٓاْ أَنُؤۡمِنُ لَكَ وَٱتَّبَعَكَ ٱلۡأَرۡذَلُونَ
111They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു; നിന്നെ പിന്തുടര്ന്നിട്ടുള്ളത് ഏറ്റവും താഴ്ന്ന ആളുകളായിരിക്കെ ഞങ്ങള് നിന്നെ വിശ്വസിക്കുകയോ
قَالَ وَمَا عِلۡمِي بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ
112He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do
അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: അവര് പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റി എനിക്ക് എന്തറിയാം
إِنۡ حِسَابُهُمۡ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّيۖ لَوۡ تَشۡعُرُونَ
113Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive
അവരെ വിചാരണ നടത്തുക എന്നത് എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ ബാധ്യത മാത്രമാകുന്നു നിങ്ങള് ബോധമുള്ളവരായെങ്കില്
وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِطَارِدِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
114And I am not one to drive away the believers
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളെ ഞാന് ഒരിക്കലും ആട്ടിക്കളയുന്നതല്ല
إِنۡ أَنَا۠ إِلَّا نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٞ
115I am only a clear warner
ഞാന് വ്യക്തമായ ഒരു താക്കീതുകാരന് മാത്രമാകുന്നു
قَالُواْ لَئِن لَّمۡ تَنتَهِ يَٰنُوحُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمَرۡجُومِينَ
116They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: നൂഹേ, നീ (ഇതില്നിന്നു) വിരമിക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കില്തീര്ച്ചയായും നീ എറിഞ്ഞു കൊല്ലപ്പെടുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലായിരിക്കും
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوۡمِي كَذَّبُونِ
117He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me
അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, തീര്ച്ചയായും എന്റെ ജനത എന്നെ നിഷേധിച്ചു തള്ളിയിരിക്കുന്നു
فَٱفۡتَحۡ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَهُمۡ فَتۡحٗا وَنَجِّنِي وَمَن مَّعِيَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
118Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers
അതിനാല് എനിക്കും അവര്ക്കുമിടയില് നീ ഒരു തുറന്ന തീരുമാനമെടുക്കുകയും, എന്നെയും എന്റെ കൂടെയുള്ള വിശ്വാസികളെയും നീ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യേണമേ
فَأَنجَيۡنَٰهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡفُلۡكِ ٱلۡمَشۡحُونِ
119So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship
അപ്പോള് അദ്ദേഹത്തെയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കൂടെയുള്ളവരെയും ഭാരം നിറക്കപ്പെട്ട കപ്പലില് നാം രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തി
ثُمَّ أَغۡرَقۡنَا بَعۡدُ ٱلۡبَاقِينَ
120Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones
പിന്നെ ബാക്കിയുള്ളവരെ അതിന് ശേഷം നാം മുക്കി നശിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
121Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers
തീര്ച്ചയായും അതില് (മനുഷ്യര്ക്ക്) ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമുണ്ട് എന്നാല് അവരില്അധികപേരും വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരായില്ല
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
122And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful
തീര്ച്ചയായും നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തന്നെയാകുന്നു പ്രതാപിയും കരുണാനിധിയും
كَذَّبَتۡ عَادٌ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
123Aad denied the messengers
ആദ് സമുദായം ദൈവദൂതന്മാരെ നിഷേധിച്ചു തള്ളി
إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ هُودٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
124When their brother Hud said to them, "Will you not fear Allah
അവരുടെ സഹോദരന് ഹൂദ് അവരോട് പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം : നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നില്ലേ
إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
125Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger
തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിശ്വസ്തനായ ഒരു ദൂതനാകുന്നു
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
126So fear Allah and obey me
അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും, എന്നെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുവിന്
وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
127And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds
ഇതിന്റെ പേരില് ഞാന് നിങ്ങളോട് യാതൊരു പ്രതിഫലവും ചോദിക്കുന്നില്ല എനിക്കുള്ള പ്രതിഫലം ലോകരക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല്നിന്ന് മാത്രമാകുന്നു
أَتَبۡنُونَ بِكُلِّ رِيعٍ ءَايَةٗ تَعۡبَثُونَ
128Do you construct on every elevation a sign, amusing yourselves
വൃഥാ പൊങ്ങച്ചം കാണിക്കുവാനായി എല്ലാ കുന്നിന് പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും നിങ്ങള് പ്രതാപചിഹ്നങ്ങള് (ഗോപുരങ്ങള്) കെട്ടിപൊക്കുകയാണോ
وَتَتَّخِذُونَ مَصَانِعَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَخۡلُدُونَ
129And take for yourselves palaces and fortresses that you might abide eternally
നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് എന്നെന്നും താമസിക്കാമെന്ന ഭാവേന നിങ്ങള് മഹാസൌധങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടാക്കുകയുമാണോ
وَإِذَا بَطَشۡتُم بَطَشۡتُمۡ جَبَّارِينَ
130And when you strike, you strike as tyrants
നിങ്ങള് ബലം പ്രയോഗിക്കുകയാണെങ്കില് നിഷ്ഠൂരന്മാരായിക്കൊണ്ട് നിങ്ങള് ബലം പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്നു
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
131So fear Allah and obey me
ആകയാല് നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും എന്നെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക
وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَمَدَّكُم بِمَا تَعۡلَمُونَ
132And fear He who provided you with that which you know
നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് തന്നെ അറിയാവുന്നവ (സുഖസൌകര്യങ്ങള്) മുഖേന നിങ്ങളെ സഹായിച്ചവനെ നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷിക്കുക
أَمَدَّكُم بِأَنۡعَٰمٖ وَبَنِينَ
133Provided you with grazing livestock and children
കന്നുകാലികളും സന്താനങ്ങളും മുഖേന അവന് നിങ്ങളെ സഹായിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു
وَجَنَّـٰتٖ وَعُيُونٍ
134And gardens and springs
തോട്ടങ്ങളും അരുവികളും മുഖേനയും
إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ
135Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a terrible day
നിങ്ങളുടെ കാര്യത്തില് ഭയങ്കരമായ ഒരു ദിവസത്തെ ശിക്ഷ തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു
قَالُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡنَآ أَوَعَظۡتَ أَمۡ لَمۡ تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلۡوَٰعِظِينَ
136They said, "It is all the same to us whether you advise or are not of the advisors
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: നീ ഉപദേശം നല്കിയാലും, ഉപദേശിക്കുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില് ആയില്ലെങ്കിലും ഞങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളം സമമാകുന്നു
إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا خُلُقُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
137This is not but the custom of the former peoples
ഇത് പൂര്വ്വികന്മാരുടെ സമ്പ്രദായം തന്നെയാകുന്നു
وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
138And we are not to be punished
ഞങ്ങള് ശിക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവരല്ല
فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُمۡۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
139And they denied him, so We destroyed them. Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers
അങ്ങനെ അവര് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ നിഷേധിച്ചു തള്ളുകയും, അതിനാല് നാം അവരെ നശിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു തീര്ച്ചയായും അതില് (മനുഷ്യര്ക്ക്) ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമുണ്ട് എന്നാല് അവരില് അധികപേരും വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരായില്ല
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
140And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful
തീര്ച്ചയായും നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തന്നെയാകുന്നു പ്രതാപിയും കരുണാനിധിയും
كَذَّبَتۡ ثَمُودُ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
141Thamud denied the messengers
ഥമൂദ് സമുദായം ദൈവദൂതന്മാരെ നിഷേധിച്ചു തള്ളി
إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ صَٰلِحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
142When their brother Salih said to them, "Will you not fear Allah
അവരുടെ സഹോദരന് സ്വാലിഹ് അവരോട് പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം: നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നില്ലേ
إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
143Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger
തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിശ്വസ്തനായ ഒരു ദൂതനാകുന്നു
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
144So fear Allah and obey me
അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും, എന്നെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുവിന്
وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
145And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds
നിങ്ങളോട് ഞാന് ഇതിന്റെ പേരില് യാതൊരു പ്രതിഫലവും ചോദിക്കുന്നില്ല എനിക്കുള്ള പ്രതിഫലം ലോകരക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് മാത്രമാകുന്നു
أَتُتۡرَكُونَ فِي مَا هَٰهُنَآ ءَامِنِينَ
146Will you be left in what is here, secure [from death]
ഇവിടെയുള്ളതില്(സമൃദ്ധിയില്) നിര്ഭയരായിക്കഴിയാന് നിങ്ങള് വിട്ടേക്കപ്പെടുമോ
فِي جَنَّـٰتٖ وَعُيُونٖ
147Within gardens and springs
അതായത് തോട്ടങ്ങളിലും അരുവികളിലും
وَزُرُوعٖ وَنَخۡلٖ طَلۡعُهَا هَضِيمٞ
148And fields of crops and palm trees with softened fruit
വയലുകളിലും, കുല ഭാരം തൂങ്ങുന്ന ഈന്തപ്പനകളിലും
وَتَنۡحِتُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡجِبَالِ بُيُوتٗا فَٰرِهِينَ
149And you carve out of the mountains, homes, with skill
നിങ്ങള് സന്തോഷപ്രമത്തരായിക്കൊണ്ട് പര്വ്വതങ്ങളില് വീടുകള് തുരന്നുണ്ടാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
150So fear Allah and obey me
ആകയാല്നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും, എന്നെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുവിന്
وَلَا تُطِيعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ
151And do not obey the order of the transgressors
അതിക്രമകാരികളുടെ കല്പന നിങ്ങള് അനുസരിച്ചു പോകരുത്
ٱلَّذِينَ يُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا يُصۡلِحُونَ
152Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend
ഭൂമിയില് കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടാക്കുകയും, നന്മവരുത്താതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവരുടെ
قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسَحَّرِينَ
153They said, "You are only of those affected by magic
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: നീ മാരണം ബാധിച്ചവരില്പെട്ട ഒരാള് മാത്രമാകുന്നു
مَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُنَا فَأۡتِ بِـَٔايَةٍ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ
154You are but a man like ourselves, so bring a sign, if you should be of the truthful
നീ ഞങ്ങളെപ്പോലെയുള്ള ഒരു മനുഷ്യന് മാത്രമാണ് അതിനാല് നീ സത്യവാന്മാരില്പെട്ടവനാണെങ്കില് വല്ല ദൃഷ്ടാന്തവും കൊണ്ട് വരൂ
قَالَ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةٞ لَّهَا شِرۡبٞ وَلَكُمۡ شِرۡبُ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
155He said, "This is a she-camel. For her is a [time of] drink, and for you is a [time of] drink, [each] on a known day
അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: ഇതാ ഒരു ഒട്ടകം അതിന്ന് വെള്ളം കുടിക്കാന് ഒരു ഊഴമുണ്ട് നിങ്ങള്ക്കും ഒരു ഊഴമുണ്ട്; ഒരു നിശ്ചിത ദിവസത്തില്
وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوٓءٖ فَيَأۡخُذَكُمۡ عَذَابُ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ
156And do not touch her with harm, lest you be seized by the punishment of a terrible day
നിങ്ങള് അതിന് യാതൊരു ദ്രോഹവും ഏല്പിക്കരുത് (അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുന്ന പക്ഷം) ഭയങ്കരമായ ഒരു ദിവസത്തെ ശിക്ഷ നിങ്ങളെ പിടികൂടും
فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصۡبَحُواْ نَٰدِمِينَ
157But they hamstrung her and so became regretful
എന്നാല് അവര് അതിനെ വെട്ടിക്കൊന്നു അങ്ങനെ അവര് ഖേദക്കാരായിത്തീര്ന്നു
فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
158And the punishment seized them. Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers
ഉടനെ ശിക്ഷ അവരെ പിടികൂടി തീര്ച്ചയായും അതില്(മനുഷ്യര്ക്ക്) ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമുണ്ട് എന്നാല് അവരില് അധികപേരും വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരായില്ല
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
159And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful
തീര്ച്ചയായും നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തന്നെയാകുന്നു പ്രതാപിയും കരുണാനിധിയും
كَذَّبَتۡ قَوۡمُ لُوطٍ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
160The people of Lot denied the messengers
ലൂത്വിന്റെ ജനത ദൈവദൂതന്മാരെ നിഷേധിച്ചു തള്ളി
إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ لُوطٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
161When their brother Lot said to them, "Will you not fear Allah
അവരുടെ സഹോദരന് ലൂത്വ് അവരോട് പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം: നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നില്ലേ
إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
162Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger
തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിശ്വസ്തനായ ഒരു ദൂതനാകുന്നു
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
163So fear Allah and obey me
അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും, എന്നെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുവിന്
وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
164And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds
ഇതിന്റെ പേരില് നിങ്ങളോട് ഞാന് യാതൊരു പ്രതിഫലവും ചോദിക്കുന്നില്ല എനിക്കുള്ള പ്രതിഫലം ലോകരക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് മാത്രമാകുന്നു
أَتَأۡتُونَ ٱلذُّكۡرَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
165Do you approach males among the worlds
നിങ്ങള് ലോകരില് നിന്ന് ആണുങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കല് ചെല്ലുകയാണോ
وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمۡ رَبُّكُم مِّنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِكُمۚ بَلۡ أَنتُمۡ قَوۡمٌ عَادُونَ
166And leave what your Lord has created for you as mates? But you are a people transgressing
നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വേണ്ടി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു തന്നിട്ടുള്ള നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇണകളെ വിട്ടുകളയുകയുമാണോ? അല്ല, നിങ്ങള് അതിക്രമകാരികളായ ഒരു ജനത തന്നെ
قَالُواْ لَئِن لَّمۡ تَنتَهِ يَٰلُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمُخۡرَجِينَ
167They said, "If you do not desist, O Lot, you will surely be of those evicted
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: ലൂത്വേ, നീ (ഇതില്നിന്ന്) വിരമിച്ചില്ലെങ്കില് തീര്ച്ചയായും നീ (നാട്ടില്നിന്ന്) പുറത്താക്കപ്പെടുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലായിരിക്കും
قَالَ إِنِّي لِعَمَلِكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَالِينَ
168He said, "Indeed, I am, toward your deed, of those who detest [it]
അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയെ വെറുക്കുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലാകുന്നു
رَبِّ نَجِّنِي وَأَهۡلِي مِمَّا يَعۡمَلُونَ
169My Lord, save me and my family from [the consequence of] what they do
അദ്ദേഹം (പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ചു:) എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, എന്നെയും എന്റെ കുടുംബത്തേയും ഇവര് പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതില് നിന്ന് നീ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തേണമേ
فَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥٓ أَجۡمَعِينَ
170So We saved him and his family, all
അപ്പോള് അദ്ദേഹത്തെയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കുടുംബത്തേയും മുഴുവന് നാം രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തി
إِلَّا عَجُوزٗا فِي ٱلۡغَٰبِرِينَ
171Except an old woman among those who remained behind
പിന്മാറി നിന്നവരില് ഒരു കിഴവി ഒഴികെ
ثُمَّ دَمَّرۡنَا ٱلۡأٓخَرِينَ
172Then We destroyed the others
പിന്നീട് മറ്റുള്ളവരെ നാം തകര്ത്തുകളഞ്ഞു
وَأَمۡطَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مَّطَرٗاۖ فَسَآءَ مَطَرُ ٱلۡمُنذَرِينَ
173And We rained upon them a rain [of stones], and evil was the rain of those who were warned
അവരുടെ മേല് നാം ഒരു തരം മഴ വര്ഷിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു താക്കീത് നല്കപ്പെട്ടവര്ക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ആ മഴ എത്ര മോശം
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
174Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers
തീര്ച്ചയായും അതില്(മനുഷ്യര്ക്ക്) ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമുണ്ട് എന്നാല് അവരില് അധികപേരും വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരായില്ല
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
175And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful
തീര്ച്ചയായും നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തന്നെയാണ് പ്രതാപിയും കരുണാനിധിയും
كَذَّبَ أَصۡحَٰبُ لۡـَٔيۡكَةِ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
176The companions of the thicket denied the messengers
ഐക്കത്തില്(മരക്കൂട്ടങ്ങള്ക്കിടയില്) താമസിച്ചിരുന്നവരും ദൈവദൂതന് മാരെ നിഷേധിച്ചുതള്ളി
إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ شُعَيۡبٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
177When Shu'ayb said to them, "Will you not fear Allah
അവരോട് ശുഐബ് പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം: നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നില്ലേ
إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
178Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger
തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിശ്വസ്തനായ ഒരു ദൂതനാകുന്നു
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
179So fear Allah and obey me
അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും, എന്നെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുവിന്
وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
180And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds
ഇതിന്റെ പേരില് യാതൊരു പ്രതിഫലവും ഞാന് നിങ്ങളോട് ചോദിക്കുന്നില്ല എനിക്കുള്ള പ്രതിഫലം ലോകരക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് മാത്രമാകുന്നു
۞أَوۡفُواْ ٱلۡكَيۡلَ وَلَا تَكُونُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡمُخۡسِرِينَ
181Give full measure and do not be of those who cause loss
നിങ്ങള് അളവു പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കികൊടുക്കുക നിങ്ങള് (ജനങ്ങള്ക്ക്) നഷ്ടമുണ്ടാക്കുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലാകരുത്
وَزِنُواْ بِٱلۡقِسۡطَاسِ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمِ
182And weigh with an even balance
കൃത്രിമമില്ലാത്ത തുലാസ് കൊണ്ട് നിങ്ങള് തൂക്കുക
وَلَا تَبۡخَسُواْ ٱلنَّاسَ أَشۡيَآءَهُمۡ وَلَا تَعۡثَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُفۡسِدِينَ
183And do not deprive people of their due and do not commit abuse on earth, spreading corruption
ജനങ്ങള്ക്ക് അവരുടെ സാധനങ്ങളില് നിങ്ങള് കമ്മിവരുത്തരുത് നാശകാരികളായിക്കൊണ്ട് നിങ്ങള് ഭൂമിയില് അതിക്രമം പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കരുത്
وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُمۡ وَٱلۡجِبِلَّةَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
184And fear He who created you and the former creation
നിങ്ങളെയും പൂര്വ്വതലമുറകളെയും സൃഷ്ടിച്ചവനെ നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക
قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسَحَّرِينَ
185They said, "You are only of those affected by magic
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: നീ മാരണം ബാധിച്ചവരില് ഒരാള് മാത്രമാകുന്നു
وَمَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُنَا وَإِن نَّظُنُّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡكَٰذِبِينَ
186You are but a man like ourselves, and indeed, we think you are among the liars
നീ ഞങ്ങളെപ്പോലെയുള്ള ഒരു മനുഷ്യന് മാത്രമാകുന്നു തീര്ച്ചയായും നീ വ്യാജവാദികളില്പെട്ടവനാണെന്നാണ് ഞങ്ങള് വിചാരിക്കുന്നത്
فَأَسۡقِطۡ عَلَيۡنَا كِسَفٗا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ
187So cause to fall upon us fragments of the sky, if you should be of the truthful
അതുകൊണ്ട് നീ സത്യവാന്മാരില്പെട്ടവനാണെങ്കില് ആകാശത്ത് നിന്നുള്ള കഷ്ണങ്ങള് ഞങ്ങളുടെ മേല് നീ വീഴ്ത്തുക
قَالَ رَبِّيٓ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ
188He said, "My Lord is most knowing of what you do
അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു; നിങ്ങള് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നതിനെ പറ്റി എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് നല്ലവണ്ണം അറിയുന്നവനാകുന്നു
فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمۡ عَذَابُ يَوۡمِ ٱلظُّلَّةِۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٍ
189And they denied him, so the punishment of the day of the black cloud seized them. Indeed, it was the punishment of a terrible day
അങ്ങനെ അവര് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ നിഷേധിച്ചുതള്ളി അതിനാല് മേഘത്തണല്മൂടിയ ദിവസത്തെ ശിക്ഷ അവരെ പിടികൂടി തീര്ച്ചയായും അത് ഭയങ്കരമായ ഒരു ദിവസത്തെ ശിക്ഷ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
190Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers
തീര്ച്ചയായും അതില്(മനുഷ്യര്ക്ക്) ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമുണ്ട് എന്നാല് അവരില്അധികപേരും വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരായില്ല
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
191And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful
തീര്ച്ചയായും നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തന്നെയാകുന്നു പ്രതാപിയും കരുണാനിധിയും
وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَنزِيلُ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
192And indeed, the Qur'an is the revelation of the Lord of the worlds
തീര്ച്ചയായും ഇത് (ഖുര്ആന്) ലോകരക്ഷിതാവ് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത് തന്നെയാകുന്നു
نَزَلَ بِهِ ٱلرُّوحُ ٱلۡأَمِينُ
193The Trustworthy Spirit has brought it down
വിശ്വസ്താത്മാവ് (ജിബ്രീല്) അതും കൊണ്ട് ഇറങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു
عَلَىٰ قَلۡبِكَ لِتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُنذِرِينَ
194Upon your heart, [O Muhammad] - that you may be of the warners
നിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തില് നീ താക്കീത് നല്കുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലായിരിക്കുവാന് വേണ്ടിയത്രെ അത്
بِلِسَانٍ عَرَبِيّٖ مُّبِينٖ
195In a clear Arabic language
സ്പഷ്ടമായ അറബി ഭാഷയിലാണ് (അത് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്)
وَإِنَّهُۥ لَفِي زُبُرِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
196And indeed, it is [mentioned] in the scriptures of former peoples
തീര്ച്ചയായും അത് മുന്ഗാമികളുടെ വേദഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങളിലുണ്ട്
أَوَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُمۡ ءَايَةً أَن يَعۡلَمَهُۥ عُلَمَـٰٓؤُاْ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ
197And has it not been a sign to them that it is recognized by the scholars of the Children of Israel
ഇസ്രായീല്സന്തതികളിലെ പണ്ഡിതന്മാര്ക്ക് അത് അറിയാം എന്ന കാര്യം ഇവര്ക്ക് (അവിശ്വാസികള്ക്ക്) ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമായിരിക്കുന്നില്ലേ
وَلَوۡ نَزَّلۡنَٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضِ ٱلۡأَعۡجَمِينَ
198And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners
നാം അത് അനറബികളില് ഒരാളുടെ മേല്അവതരിപ്പിക്കുകയും
فَقَرَأَهُۥ عَلَيۡهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ مُؤۡمِنِينَ
199And he had recited it to them [perfectly], they would [still] not have been believers in it
എന്നിട്ട് അയാള് അത് അവര്ക്ക് ഓതികേള്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നുവെങ്കില് അവരതില് വിശ്വസിക്കുമായിരുന്നില്ല
كَذَٰلِكَ سَلَكۡنَٰهُ فِي قُلُوبِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
200Thus have We inserted disbelief into the hearts of the criminals
അപ്രകാരം കുറ്റവാളികളുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളില് നാം അത് (അവിശ്വാസം) കടത്തിവിട്ടിരിക്കയാണ്
لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦ حَتَّىٰ يَرَوُاْ ٱلۡعَذَابَ ٱلۡأَلِيمَ
201They will not believe in it until they see the painful punishment
വേദനയേറിയ ശിക്ഷ കാണുന്നത് വരേക്കും അവരതില് വിശ്വസിക്കുകയില്ല
فَيَأۡتِيَهُم بَغۡتَةٗ وَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ
202And it will come to them suddenly while they perceive [it] not
അവര് ഓര്ക്കാത്ത നിലയില് പെട്ടെന്നായിരിക്കും അതവര്ക്ക് വന്നെത്തുന്നത്
فَيَقُولُواْ هَلۡ نَحۡنُ مُنظَرُونَ
203And they will say, "May we be reprieved
ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് (ഒരല്പം) അവധി നല്കപ്പെടുമോ? എന്ന് അപ്പോള് അവര് ചോദിച്ചേക്കും
أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ
204So for Our punishment are they impatient
എന്നാല് നമ്മുടെ ശിക്ഷയെപ്പറ്റിയാണോ അവര് ധൃതികൂട്ടികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്
أَفَرَءَيۡتَ إِن مَّتَّعۡنَٰهُمۡ سِنِينَ
205Then have you considered if We gave them enjoyment for years
എന്നാല് നീ ആലോചിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ? നാം അവര്ക്ക് കുറെ കൊല്ലങ്ങളോളം സുഖസൌകര്യം നല്കുകയും
ثُمَّ جَآءَهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يُوعَدُونَ
206And then there came to them that which they were promised
അനന്തരം അവര്ക്ക് താക്കീത് നല്കപ്പെട്ടു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ശിക്ഷ അവര്ക്ക് വരികയും ചെയ്തുവെന്ന് വെക്കുക
مَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يُمَتَّعُونَ
207They would not be availed by the enjoyment with which they were provided
(എന്നാലും) അവര്ക്ക് നല്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന ആ സുഖസൌകര്യങ്ങള് അവര്ക്കൊരു പ്രയോജനവും ചെയ്യുമായിരുന്നില്ല
وَمَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا لَهَا مُنذِرُونَ
208And We did not destroy any city except that it had warners
ഒരു രാജ്യവും നാം നശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ല; അതിന് താക്കീതുകാര് ഉണ്ടായിട്ടല്ലാതെ
ذِكۡرَىٰ وَمَا كُنَّا ظَٰلِمِينَ
209As a reminder; and never have We been unjust
ഓര്മപ്പെടുത്തുവാന് വേണ്ടിയത്രെ അത് നാം അക്രമം ചെയ്യുന്നവനായിട്ടില്ല
وَمَا تَنَزَّلَتۡ بِهِ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينُ
210And the devils have not brought the revelation down
ഇതുമായി (ഖുര്ആനുമായി) പിശാചുക്കള് ഇറങ്ങി വന്നിട്ടില്ല
وَمَا يَنۢبَغِي لَهُمۡ وَمَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ
211It is not allowable for them, nor would they be able
അതവര്ക്ക് അനുയോജ്യമാവുകയുമില്ല അതവര്ക്ക് സാധിക്കുന്നതുമല്ല
إِنَّهُمۡ عَنِ ٱلسَّمۡعِ لَمَعۡزُولُونَ
212Indeed they, from [its] hearing, are removed
തീര്ച്ചയായും അവര് (ദിവ്യസന്ദേശം) കേള്ക്കുന്നതില്നിന്ന് അകറ്റപെട്ടവരാകുന്നു
فَلَا تَدۡعُ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُعَذَّبِينَ
213So do not invoke with Allah another deity and [thus] be among the punished
ആകയാല് അല്ലാഹുവോടൊപ്പം മറ്റൊരു ദൈവത്തേയും നീ വിളിച്ചു പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കരുത് എങ്കില് നീ ശിക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലായിരിക്കും
وَأَنذِرۡ عَشِيرَتَكَ ٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ
214And warn, [O Muhammad], your closest kindred
നിന്റെ അടുത്ത ബന്ധുക്കള്ക്ക് നീ താക്കീത് നല്കുക
وَٱخۡفِضۡ جَنَاحَكَ لِمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
215And lower your wing to those who follow you of the believers
നിന്നെ പിന്തുടര്ന്ന സത്യവിശ്വാസികള്ക്ക് നിന്റെ ചിറക് താഴ്ത്തികൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക
فَإِنۡ عَصَوۡكَ فَقُلۡ إِنِّي بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡمَلُونَ
216And if they disobey you, then say, "Indeed, I am disassociated from what you are doing
ഇനി അവര് നിന്നെ അനുസരിക്കാതിരിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം, നിങ്ങള് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നതിനൊന്നും ഞാന് ഉത്തരവാദിയല്ലെന്ന് നീ പറഞ്ഞേക്കുക
وَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
217And rely upon the Exalted in Might, the Merciful
പ്രതാപിയും കരുണാനിധിയുമായിട്ടുള്ളവനെ നീ ഭരമേല്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക
ٱلَّذِي يَرَىٰكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ
218Who sees you when you arise
നീ നിന്നു പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് നിന്നെ കാണുന്നവനത്രെ അവന്
وَتَقَلُّبَكَ فِي ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ
219And your movement among those who prostrate
സാഷ്ടാംഗംചെയ്യുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുള്ള നിന്റെ ചലനവും (കാണുന്നവന്)
إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ
220Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing
തീര്ച്ചയായും അവന് എല്ലാം കേള്ക്കുന്നവനും അറിയുന്നവനുമത്രെ
هَلۡ أُنَبِّئُكُمۡ عَلَىٰ مَن تَنَزَّلُ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينُ
221Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend
(നബിയേ, പറയുക:) ആരുടെ മേലാണ് പിശാചുക്കള് ഇറങ്ങുന്നതെന്ന് ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അറിയിച്ചു തരട്ടെയോ
تَنَزَّلُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٖ
222They descend upon every sinful liar
പെരും നുണയന്മാരും പാപികളുമായ എല്ലാവരുടെ മേലും അവര് (പിശാചുക്കള്) ഇറങ്ങുന്നു
يُلۡقُونَ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَأَكۡثَرُهُمۡ كَٰذِبُونَ
223They pass on what is heard, and most of them are liars
അവര് ചെവികൊടുത്ത് കേള്ക്കുന്നു അവരില് അധികപേരും കള്ളം പറയുന്നവരാകുന്നു
وَٱلشُّعَرَآءُ يَتَّبِعُهُمُ ٱلۡغَاوُۥنَ
224And the poets - [only] the deviators follow them
കവികളാകട്ടെ, ദുര്മാര്ഗികളാകുന്നു അവരെ പിന്പറ്റുന്നത്.
أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّهُمۡ فِي كُلِّ وَادٖ يَهِيمُونَ
225Do you not see that in every valley they roam
അവര് എല്ലാ താഴ്വരകളിലും അലഞ്ഞു നടക്കുന്നവരാണെന്ന് നീ കണ്ടില്ലേ
وَأَنَّهُمۡ يَقُولُونَ مَا لَا يَفۡعَلُونَ
226And that they say what they do not do
പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കാത്തത് പറയുന്നവരാണ് അവരെന്നും
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ وَذَكَرُواْ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرٗا وَٱنتَصَرُواْ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا ظُلِمُواْۗ وَسَيَعۡلَمُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓاْ أَيَّ مُنقَلَبٖ يَنقَلِبُونَ
227Except those [poets] who believe and do righteous deeds and remember Allah often and defend [the Muslims] after they were wronged. And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned
വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും സല്കര്മ്മങ്ങള് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുകയും, അല്ലാഹുവെ ധാരാളമായി സ്മരിക്കുകയും, അക്രമത്തിന് ഇരയായതിനെത്തുടര്ന്ന് ആത്മരക്ഷയ്ക്ക് നടപടി എടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവര് ഇതില്നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാകുന്നു അക്രമകാരികള് അറിഞ്ഞു കൊള്ളും; തങ്ങള് തിരിഞ്ഞുമറിഞ്ഞ് എങ്ങനെയുള്ള പര്യവസാനത്തിലാണ് എത്തുകയെന്ന്
