Surah Al-Jinn

The Jinn — al-Jinn, who heard the Quran being recited and reported back to their own people.

The story

One night, a group of jinn were passing by and heard the Prophet ﷺ reciting Quran. They were so amazed that they believed straight away and went home to tell all the other jinn about it.

    An amazing recitation

    The jinn's own report — what they heard, what they concluded, and their divisions.

  2. AYAH 16-19

    Abundant water

    Uprightness on the path met with abundant provision.

  3. AYAH 20-28

    Only a messenger

    No power to harm or guide, and knowledge of the unseen kept with Allah.

  • 72:13"Whoever believes in his Lord will not fear deprivation or burden."
  • 72:16"If they had remained straight on the way, We would have given them abundant water."
